it is an online program utilizing social media platforms (Facebook, Whatsapp & Podcasts) to educate individuals about the significance of mental health. We address various mental health issues, provide strategies for overcoming them, and emphasize the importance of speaking openly about mental health concerns.

It is a program designed to connect individuals with therapists for timely support when they need someone to talk to and share their thoughts. Additionally, we offer counseling training for those interested in giving back to the community by supporting others in need.

Teen Mom Mental Health Support

The program aims to empower teen mothers by providing them with the tools, support, and resources they need to navigate the challenges of parenthood while prioritizing their mental health and well- being.

ProsperMind:

Elevating Financial Mental Health

It offers comprehensive services to enhance individual’s financial well- being and mental health. These includes but not limited to financial education workshops covering various topics like budgeting and investing, mindfulness practices to reduce financial stress, one on one counseling for tailored support, access to financial therapy etc.

Fit for life:

We offer a comprehensive approach to promoting healthy lifestyle through educational workshops, cooking classes, fitness activities, personalized plans, counseling, support groups, challenges, community events, online resources and long term support.

Stress buster programs:

By combining relaxation techniques with opportunities for personal and professional growth, stress buster programs can provide participants with a holistic approach to refreshing their minds, gaining valuable knowledge and potentially boosting their financial well being. Such programs are:

Chess for mental well being initiative: introduce chess to schools and offer trainings for youth to become chess instructors in school.

  • BakeThrive:

Empowering Minds through Baking: train people baking for fun or as means of earning income for themselves

Tanzania Suicide Prevention Advocacy Working Group

It’s an online WhatsApp working group that serves as a platform for stakeholders across various sectors, including the judiciary, civil society organizations, members of parliament, influential figures, religious and traditional leaders. Together, we aim to advocate for the decriminalization of attempted suicide in Tanzania and promote suicide prevention. By uniting our efforts, we can create a more compassionate and supportive environment for individuals grappling with mental health challenges.
