Love and Mental Health: The Price of Mistreatment

Dear women,
The man you mistreat, subjecting him to torture simply because he loves you too much, may not stay forever. His mental well-being may suffer, leading him to seek help and leave the toxic relationship. He might even consider suicide to end his suffering. But trust me, what comes back to you will be worse. Once he’s gone, you’ll realize the value you’ve lost. You may end up depressed or contemplate suicide because he’s no longer there or because he’s moved on. Or you might move on to another man who treats you worse.
There’s no justification for abusing your partner, emotionally, physically, or mentally, as it will haunt you in a worse form. Let’s strive to be better and prioritize mental health. If your partner doesn’t meet your expectations, try respectfully discussing your needs. If you can’t fulfil each other’s needs, it’s better to walk away than to torture each other’s mental health, as the consequences can be deadly.
